About the role
You will work out what a client really needs before we build it. That means interviews, process maps, requirements documents and user stories that developers and designers can work from.
Good analysts here ask the uncomfortable questions early, because it is much cheaper than finding the gap in week eight.
The work:
- Run workshops and interviews with clients
- Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Map current and future processes
- Work with designers and developers while features are built
- Check finished work against what was agreed
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years as a business analyst or product analyst in software
- Strong written English
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Comfortable with tools such as Jira and Figma
- Able to ask good questions and listen to the answers
Nice to have:
- Basic SQL
- Experience with SaaS or mobile products
- Process modelling with BPMN or similar
