About the role
You will look after how our client products are built, deployed and monitored. Client projects use a mix of cloud providers, so you will work across them rather than being tied to one.
We want deployments to be boring. When something does go wrong, you will be the person who finds out first, works out why, and makes sure it does not happen the same way twice.
The work:
- Set up CI/CD pipelines and preview environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure with code, using Terraform or similar
- Add monitoring, logging and alerts
- Handle backups, restores and secrets
- Help developers with deployment problems
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in DevOps, cloud or platform work
- Strong Docker and Linux
- Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
- Infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform
- CI/CD with GitHub Actions or similar
- Understanding of security basics such as least privilege and secret handling
Nice to have:
- Kubernetes
- Experience running PostgreSQL in production
- On-call or incident response experience
