Glitch Devs ("we", "us", or "our") is a healthcare software development company operating at glitchdevs.com. We build custom clinical and health-tech software for clinics, hospitals, and health-tech companies primarily across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and South Asia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle personal information through our website and in our business operations.

You may also optionally consent to receive marketing communications from us. We do not collect payment information directly — any billing is handled through secure third-party invoicing channels. We use the information you submit through our contact form to respond to your inquiry, assess whether we can help with your project, and — if you opt in — send you relevant updates about our services. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

We process your contact form submissions on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at glitchdevs.io@gmail.com. For ongoing business communications with clients, we process personal information on the basis of our legitimate interests in delivering our contracted services and maintaining our business relationship.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver emails triggered by our contact form. Your name, email address, and message are transmitted to Resend solely for this purpose. Resend processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not share your information with any other third parties, except where required by law or to enforce our legal rights.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website does not currently use tracking cookies, third-party analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for a period of up to two (2) years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. If your inquiry leads to a client engagement, we may retain relevant correspondence for the duration of the project and for a period of up to five (5) years after project completion, in accordance with standard business record-keeping obligations.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent for marketing communications, and object to or restrict how we process your information. As a software development company, we may be given access to client systems, databases, or data during the course of a project. Any such access is governed by the individual project agreement and is limited strictly to what is necessary to perform the agreed work.
