Technical Recruiter

You will find and hire the people we need. We are hiring across engineering, design, marketing and sales, so you will spend your days writing job posts, searching for candidates, screening applications and keeping everyone informed.

You will work with the people hiring, learn what each role really needs, and reply to candidates properly, including the ones we do not hire.

The work:

• Write and publish job posts on our jobs board and LinkedIn
• Find and message candidates
• Read applications and CVs, and run first screening calls
• Schedule interviews and keep candidates updated
• Track hiring progress and report to the team

• 2 to 4 years of recruitment, ideally for technical roles
• Good understanding of software roles and common technologies
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
• Organized, with careful follow-up

Nice to have:

• Experience with an applicant tracking system
• Experience hiring remotely or across countries
• Basic knowledge of employment contracts
