Technical Project Manager

You will keep client projects on track. You are the person who knows what is being built, who is building it, what has slipped, and what the client has been told.

You do not need to write code, but you need to understand it well enough to tell when an estimate is unrealistic, and to talk to developers without waiting for a translation.

Day to day:

• Plan sprints and track progress
• Run client updates and review meetings
• Write clear task descriptions for developers
• Spot risks early and raise them honestly
• Manage scope changes and keep a record of what was agreed

• 3 to 6 years managing software projects
• Experience with Jira, Linear or a similar tool
• Good understanding of how software gets built and released
• Clear writing and calm communication with clients
• Comfortable saying no, or not yet, to unrealistic requests

Nice to have:

• Previous agency experience
• PMP or Scrum certification
• A technical background
