About the role
Many of our clients still do repetitive work by hand: copying data between tools, chasing approvals, sending the same email forty times. You will replace that with automated workflows built in n8n, Make or Zapier, and with code when the tools run out of road.
You will start by understanding how the client really works, build something small that saves them time, and then improve it.
The work:
- Map out manual processes with clients
- Build workflows in n8n, Make or Zapier
- Connect tools through APIs and webhooks
- Write small scripts in JavaScript or Python when needed
- Monitor workflows and fix them when they fail
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years building automations or integrations
- Experience with n8n, Make or Zapier
- Understanding of APIs, JSON and webhooks
- Basic JavaScript or Python
- Patience for careful testing, since a broken automation can cause real problems
Nice to have:
- Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel
- Experience connecting language model APIs into workflows
- Basic SQL
