Data Analyst (SQL and Power BI)

You will turn raw data into reports that people actually use. That means writing SQL to get the numbers, checking they are right, and building Power BI dashboards that answer the questions the client is asking.

Half of the work is asking those questions properly. You will talk to the client, find out what decision they are trying to make, and build the report around that.

The work:

• Write and tune SQL queries
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Check data for gaps and errors
• Meet with clients to understand what they need
• Explain findings in plain language

• 2 to 4 years as a data or BI analyst
• Strong SQL
• Hands-on Power BI, including DAX
• Good attention to detail
• Clear writing and speaking

Nice to have:

• Python for analysis
• Experience with SQL Server
• Basic statistics
