About the role
Join the team building AI agents, RAG pipelines and automation for our clients. You will turn fuzzy business problems into reliable LLM-powered systems.
What you will do:
- Build and evaluate RAG pipelines, tool-using agents and structured-output workflows
- Pick the right model and prompting approach for each use case, and prove it with evals
- Ship backend services (FastAPI / Node) that expose AI features safely
- Monitor cost, latency and quality in production
- Write up what you learn so the whole team gets better
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering, with at least 1 year shipping LLM features
- Python and/or TypeScript at a professional level
- Experience with vector search, embeddings and prompt evaluation
- You treat reliability and cost as part of the job, not an afterthought
- Bonus: experience with the Anthropic or OpenAI APIs in production
